2022 Updates
Happy New Year everybody!
We all have our goals for what we’re going to do in 2022, and this year I plan to greatly expand my work on substack. Here’s a brief outline of what’s going on right now.
Firstly, I’m going to be turning on paid subscriptions. All the normal blog posts I’ve made will continue to be free going forward, but there will be some new percs for paid subscribers.
For $5 a month or $30 a year, on top of all the regular blogs I publish publicly, you’ll also get access to monthly reviews of macro trends in economics and access to a custom dashboard for new data/graphs on the Federal Reserve website. The $30 annual plan is a much better deal, but if you want to support me more be sure to select either the $5 a month plan or the Special Supporter subscription for your preferred annual amount. Presently, I have my own office job which takes up a lot of my time, the more support I get here the closer I get to becoming independent and being able to write full time.
You may also notice that I’ve imported all my blogposts from my wordpress site, so that my full archive is now on substack. I plan to consolidate my writing here due to the ease of creating an email list on substack.
In terms of what to expect this year, one thing to look forward to is a deep dive into econophysics and in particular the social architecture model which I’ve recreated based on academic papers and been experimenting with. I also recently acquired the late David Greaber’s new book The Dawn of Everything and expect there will be plenty of theoretical work made possible by the raw materials of scholarship he provides.
I hope you all are doing well, staying healthy, and reading plenty of interesting things. If you have any questions about what I’m working on or would just like to chat be sure to reach out on twitter.
Thank you!
